Refund Policy

TryAIToday Automator is a digital automation tool. This policy explains the limited circumstances in which a refund of the one-time Lifetime purchase may be granted, and the rules that apply to disputes and chargebacks. By completing a purchase you agree to this policy.
Refund window: a refund may be requested only within 20 days of the original purchase date. Requests made after 20 days will not be considered.
Refund eligibility
Refunds are granted only under the conditions listed below. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.
Refunds are allowed only if ALL conditions are met
A refund may be approved only if:
- The extension is completely non-functional
- Core advertised features fail entirely
- The issue is caused by the TryAIToday Automator software itself
- The issue is reported within the 20-day refund window
- Valid proof is provided (screenshots or a screen recording)
Partial functionality issues, misunderstandings, or third-party problems do not qualify.
Refunds are NOT allowed for the following reasons
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- "I no longer need it"
- Mistaken purchase
- Misunderstanding of features
- Incorrect setup or user error
- Partial dissatisfaction or expectations mismatch
- Third-party website changes or updates
- Temporary breakage due to third-party updates
- Delay while we update the extension
- Third-party website shutdown or discontinuation
- Account bans, limits, or restrictions
- Violation of third-party platform rules
- Abuse or misuse of the software
How to request a refund
To request a refund, you must follow all steps below:
- Send an email to codewithsiddique@gmail.com
- Use the subject line: Refund Request – TryAIToday Automator
- Include your purchase email address
- Include your order ID or invoice number
- Include a detailed explanation of the issue
- Include screenshots or a screen recording showing the problem
Incomplete requests may be rejected.
Dispute & chargeback policy (very important)
By purchasing a TryAIToday Automator license, you explicitly agree to the following dispute rules.
Contact support before any dispute
Before filing any bank dispute or chargeback, you agree to:
- Contact TryAIToday support first
- Allow reasonable time for investigation or resolution
Filing a dispute without contacting support is a violation of this policy.
Consequences of disputes
If a chargeback or dispute is filed:
- License access may be revoked immediately
- All related accounts may be permanently blocked
- Future purchases may be refused
Dispute resolution does not reinstate access.
Fraud and abuse
Fraudulent refund requests, false claims, or abusive disputes may result in:
- Permanent termination
- Legal action where applicable
- Reporting to payment processors
Final acknowledgement
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:
- You understand this is a digital automation tool
- You accept all refund limitations
- You agree not to misuse the dispute system
- You accept that third-party platforms control availability
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory statutory consumer rights you may have under the laws that apply to you.
